AI training for teams, built on your own work
Our AI training is a hands-on workshop where your team learns to use AI on its own processes, followed, if you want, by monthly mentoring while the habits take hold. It is for Singapore companies of 10 to 100 people that want their staff using AI safely and productively, not just having heard of it. A workshop costs from S$2,500 and mentoring S$1,200/month, excluding GST, and a workshop can usually be scheduled two to four weeks after we agree the content.

From one workshop to lasting habits
Prepare
Beforehand we collect a few real tasks from each team and agree which tools your company allows.
Workshop
Hands-on sessions, in person or online, where everyone works on their own tasks instead of watching slides.
Practise
Each person leaves with a short list of tasks to move to AI that week, and a place to share what worked.
Mentoring
With monthly mentoring we review what the team has built, help where people get stuck and update the policy as the tools change.

FAQ
Questions about AI training
Who should attend?
Anyone who writes, analyses or answers for a living, which is most of an office. We usually run one session for leadership and one or two for teams, grouped by the kind of work they do, so the examples fit.
Do people need technical skills?
No. The workshop assumes nothing beyond everyday office tools. More technical staff get an extra track on automating with AI and connecting it to your systems.
Which AI tools do you teach?
The ones your company allows or is considering, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. The skills carry over between tools, and if you haven't chosen yet, we help you choose.
Can you help us write an AI usage policy?
Yes. We draft a short one with you: which tools are approved, what data must never go into them, when a person must review the output and who to ask. It is written to be read, not filed.
